I ship to the address that you provided in my checkout form, so please make sure its correct before ordering. I am not responsible for any additional fees that may result from incorrect shipping information being given.

A tracking number will be provided with every order.

I am not responsible for any customs charges.

Returns and Exchanges

I can not be held responsible for items after I send them out.

Please measure according to my size charts. If you ordered the wrong size because you did not measure accordingly, I will not be able to issue you a refund.

Unless there is a product defect, or if the sizing of your product is different than it should be according to my size charts, I cannot accept returns for items.

I stand by my work 100%, but in order for me to stay in business, I can only be held accountable for my quality of work. I can not afford to make up for mistakes during checkout. Regardless, if you have any issues with your order, please send me an email. I will always try my best to give the most fair and pleasant shopping experience for my customers.

Order Cancels & Modifications

All sales are final. Once I am notified of a sale, I will get right to work on hand-making your order. Because of this, most  times I will be unable to cancel or modify an order.

I reserve the right to fulfill an order according to the original checkout instructions. If I have already gotten to work on your piece, I simply cannot afford to make last minute modifications or cancellations.

As previously mentioned, please let me know as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order. I will always do what I can to accommodate your every wish!
